FingerWeights feature an adjustable weight system. By adding or removing individual weight inserts, you can perfectly tailor the resistance to your current strength level, specific exercise, or rehabilitation phase.

Understanding Placement

FingerWeights can be worn in two distinct positions to target different muscle groups and vary the leverage, which effectively changes the perceived resistance.

Position A

BETWEEN 1ST & 2ND JOINTS (MCP - PIP)

The standard placement position. Weight is carried closer to the base of the finger, providing a stable foundation for strength training and foundational exercises.

  • Level 1: 10g (1 Weight)
  • Level 2: 20g (2 Weights)
  • Level 3: 30g (3 Weights)
