Pyramid Training is an advanced progression system designed to systematically build your hand, finger, and wrist strength by gradually increasing and decreasing resistance.
How It Works
In a pyramid routine, you start with a lighter weight, increase the weight in the middle of your session, and then decrease it again as you finish. This mimics a physical pyramid—scaling up to peak intensity and scaling down to cool off.
By using FingerWeights this way, you safely warm up the fine motor muscles, push them to their maximum capacity, and then allow them to cool down while still engaged.
- Warm up with 1 weight per finger (10g)
- Peak at 3 weights per finger (30g)
- Cool down with 1 weight per finger (10g)
